The problem I have with today's visit concerns inaccurate order. I was given the wrong dessert item and not given ketchup as requested. This occurred at drive thru. Frustrating because I did not find out until I got back to my room and sat down to eat. The person working drive thru was very kind, but needs to pay better attention to orders going out.

the delivery service you are working with is a "sad joke "

it reflects poorly on arby's.
i gave only 2 stars because of events out of arbys control,
this company always plays the blamed game. claims they are no longer affiliated with yelp, even though that is the app i used, and where this order was placed. .
they were full of excuses & no help. as i said, the whole conversation was a blame game and not once was there an offer for help,
in any way. . .
it has been the same with every order that they have managed, and all where as i used the yelp app, and only the orders through eat24.
this is our 4th bad experience with this same delivery service.
for me, that speaks volumes.
sorry arby's. your food was bad, only because it was soggy and cold. we eat there often and love the food -

Swung by tonight for supper and was blown away by the new sliders. Arby's has gotten so expensive that I don't go often, but these are a great deal! Three of them at a buck apiece did the trick! Tried the chicken, corned beef and the jalapeño roast beef. All three were outstanding!

REALLY! I know it's "fast food" but my fries are stale and I hope my chicken isn't ! Asked for extra dipping sauce and the rude cashier had the worst attitude !!!!! I'm from Az and eat Arby's there which is why I chose this over going to Church's which is the next closest thing to my hotel I'm livid. Bad service and oh yeah my "light" lemonade tastes like water

I love Arby's! I don't go often cause I know it's not the healthiest buuuuttt.. I truly do enjoy it when I go! Can't beat their curly fries. Duh. Also, they have a green tea/peach drink that is delicious! I choose to dip my fries in honey mustard cuz it's a delicious combination. Also, some places still serve it but my favorite sandwich is the chicken cordon bleu! Mmm 3 stars because it is a fast food restaurant but service was good and food tasted fresh.
